Gentle Healing Yoga (6-week, Session 2)

About This Activity

Yoga therapy helps manage health concerns and alleviate disease conditions. These classes are tailored for people of ALL abilities, thus ensuring maximum participation.  Shanna Hughes holds a three-year certification as a Yoga Therapist from Loyola Marymount University. She has been traveling the world teaching gentle physical postures and breathing techniques that are proven to be both calming and healing. 

Note: Please bring your own mat to class. No class on 11/22.
