Zumba combines international rhythms and interval training for a high-energy, big-fun workout! (no mirrors are used in this class) This is a great class for the experienced dancer or for someone that has always wanted to dance. As long a you know your left from your right, you can do this! So, come on out and have some fun, dance, and work up a sweat!
Taught by a licensed Zumba instructor, this multi-level class will include high and low impact options. You choose the intensity that is right for you.
Please wear sneakers and bring a bottle of water and a towel.
Note on foot wear: smooth sole sneaker are best - or a pair that most of the tread is worn off on. You want the support of the sneaker, but don't need a lot of tread.
