About This Activity

Come challenge yourself for 1-hour at our indoor triathlon. Whether you are training for a triathlon this summer or just want to "TRI" something new, this event is for you! It is only 1-hour and the challenge will go as follows: 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike, and 20 minute run.

The race will begin at 7:00 am, and the heat times will be every 30 minutes (7:00, 7:30, 8:00, etc.).

The goal of the race is to complete as much distance as possible in the the alloted time.

All participants will be scored depedning on their distance and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners in both female and male categories.

The race will begin at the CHRC';s lap pool at 7:00 am.

The heat times are:

7:00 AM

7:30 AM

8:00 AM

8:30 AM

9:00 AM


*You will be assigned a heat time after the registration deadline (April 25th). There will only be 10 people in each heat.
