Description

This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.

Through full body gentle exercises, you will improve your strength, balance and endurance. This non aerobic workout uses therabands and weights, along with sitting and standing exercises to build your overall fitness. Drop ins (for $6) are welcome with a day pass or gold pass.
