This NEW Class features trips, tastings and tilling the land. We'll visit a working farm to learn about polliniation, adaptation and photosynthesis. We'll meet with farmers to learn about seasonal cycles, harvesting and composting. Included are visits to local nurseries, working farms, community gardens and farmer's markets. There will be lots of opportunities to sample new and different earthy edibles. We'll even cook dishes that highlight fruits and veggies we have harvested from the garden. This class includes transportation from Village Elementary. Please pick your child up at 6:00pm at the community center.
