A one hour class suitable for all levels. We use classic Joseph Pilates concepts and exercises to tone your whole abdominal core. That includes your abs, lower back, hips, and buttocks. Flat bands and rings are added to enhance your workout and tone arms and legs. A great compliment to your fitness habit, or a great way to start your fitness journey!
Please bring a mat, towel and pilates ring if you have one.
