About This Activity

Learn the basic essentials positions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which includes different types of mounts and guard, escaping the mount and guard. Techniques such as throws, joint locks, arm bar, leg bar, reversal moves and chokes are taught. Stand up techniques and kickboxing will also be incorporated. Uniform included.
