About This Activity

John Hopkins Women’s Lacrosse Staff is coming to North Carolina to share their coaching techniques and secrets to their Success on the Lacrosse Field! The Coaching clinic will be full of videos, diagrams, and photos of skills and drills for all levels. You will learn everything from basic to advanced stick work, checking, dodging, shooting, draw techniques, defense, rides & clearing, and man up/man down strategies. Each participant will go home with a detailed packet that will contain drill and techniques explained at the clinic that can enhance your practices and improve your team’s success! The players’ clinic will cover basic and advanced stick work, checking, defense, and dodging. The players will get instruction from the top coach in the country along with a packet containing stick work and wall ball drills that will help players prepare for the Spring season. Coach Tucker is a Hall of Fame Coach. Leading the Blue Jays for 18 seasons and developing 23 IWLCA All-Americans, an IWLCA Defensive and Offensive Player of the Year, four Centennial Conference Players of the Year, an ALC Rookie of the Year, 59 All-Conference Selections, and 72 All-Conference Academic Selections, Coach Tucker is one of the Top DI Coaches in the Country. She is also a successful author who has published 3 books to serve as a guide to Lacrosse coaches and parents across the country!
