What's Included

Toastminors is a unique public speaking program designed for students in Grades 1-3. Classes run one day per week, from September to June with performance events in January and June. Public speaking is one of the top fears of adults. Confidence in front of a crowd expands academic and career possibilities. Toastminors teaches children to enjoy the art of entertaining a crowd. In Toastminors, we explore a wide range of presentation forms including debate, explanation, comedy, advertising and storytelling. Students develop strong skills through the curriculum, games and presentation opportunities. In the second year, they graduate as Toastmajors, to focus on more challenging speeches and expand their leadership skills. Toastmajor students will gain further knowledge in speech writing and delivery and also in stage management. Please complete the Walton PAC waiver form here then click on the link to be directed to register directly with Wind and Tide. You will need to create a new account with them. http://www.windandtide.com/waltonregistration.php
