About This Activity

Have you ever heard someone say I can't do Yoga until I feel better? Well it's been said, if you can breathe, you can do yoga?. While injury, illness, or age may prevent you from getting onto a Yoga mat on the floor or in certain standing postures, through creativity and modifications, everyone can do Yoga with a chair. In this gentle/ beginner's level class, Yoga poses are done seated in a chair or standing using a chair for support and stability. You can find the benefits of greater flexibility, increased energy, improved stability, memory, and clarity, better concentration and improved overall health.
