This class combines four healing modalities in each 45-minute session: gentle yoga stretches, simple qi gong movement sequences, deep breathing, and foam rolling. Perfect as a warm up before Fit Jam Cardio Party or a wonderful way to wind down after work. Foam rolling (using provided foam rollers) offers an effective method of self-massage, reducing muscle tension while soothing aches and pains. Qi gong improves balance and focus while reducing stress. Yoga poses stretch muscles and reduce fatigue. Deep breathing quiets the mind and restores vital energy.
