About This Activity

The benefits of meditation such as lowered blood pressure, less anxiety and improved deep relaxation have been documented through numerous studies.  Join this class to soothe your mind and reduce stress by learning different breathing techniques, guided imagery and meditation techniques that you can use throughout the day or in various situations.  For this class, participants may sit in a chair or bring a mat for the floor.
