Brief Description
Trill Fitness Marathon Challenge: 3 workouts per week for 9 weeks totaling 26 workouts. Participants will be given a general 9 week workout routine/schedule. Every two weeks participants will have the opportunity to meet at the World’s Fair Park, Cherokee Blvd, Trill Fitness, and more to walk, run or take a class lead by a Trill Fitness Trainer. Net proceeds to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation!
