Advanced Class; Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8:30 A.M. - 9:30 A.M.
The Pilates Mat Routine for advanced participants reinforces a stronger core and a much healthier you.
This class will help you to achieve a longer leaner look with a better awareness of mind to muscle control, this along with proper breathing techniques will help you to realize a much better balance within yourself both mentally and physically.
Participants must bring a Pilates Mat which is thicker than a yoga mat.
This class does not meet on Observed Holidays and School Vacation Weeks.
