Designed for mature adults, this class uses relaxation techniques, breath control, and various postures for overall physical and mental well-being. The various Yoga poses will help relieve stress, improve balance, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body - leading to improved health. This class includes floor exercises. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring a Yoga mat and long strap to class. The instructor is nationally certified.
