What's Included

Blender is a free and open-source 3D modeling program. While it is mainly designed for graphics and animation, it is also good for creating and refining models for 3D printing and CNC. But just because you can draw it, does not mean it will print well. We will cover how to prepare your model for digital fabrication. In this level 1 class, we will go over the Blender interface, how to create basic solids (cube, cylinder, sphere), using layers, and depending on time, an intro to modifiers and/or rendering.  You will need: Your own computer with Blender installed and ready to go. Downloadt Blender at blender.org.
