This is a full body exercise class designed to burn fat and strengthen muscles, including the heart. There is a warm up then exercises that focus on strengthening and toning the arms, waist, abdominals, legs, and buttocks. To strengthen the heart, a cardio segment starts with low impact, works into high energy, and then moves back to low impact. Clients do low impact to high impact as they choose and proper positioning is monitored as is heart rate. Finally, a cool down allows the muscles to relax and stretch which improves flexibility and overall health. Class begins November 5th.
