What's Included

Learn to use a wood lathe as we make wooden larger/heavier "cigar" pens from exotic wood blanks. Instructor Devon Palmer will walk you through setting up the lathe and woodturning tools as you work a rectangular blank into a graceful pen. Then Devon will show you how to use the pen press to install a quality Parker refillable pen mechanism into your casing. You'll leave with a keepsake and know how to make more for gifts! CIF members are able to use lathes and carving tools, which are all neatly labeled and available! Ages 10-16 accepted with guardian present.
