Triathlon Basic Clinic - Four Week Program (Clinic is offered with or without Swim Sessions)
Four week clinic offers skill-based training that provides the support you need to insure a safe and successful race experience. Basic Camp is designed to help participants understand how to train and properly prepare for race day. We will cover what is required in establishing your own successful training program by focusing on skills and techniques in all components of a triathlon. Clinic will include two bike sessions presented by Spin 90 who will provide instruction on how to improve your pedal cadence, speed, power, riding technique and start to build a new level of fitness while riding your bike. Clinic also includes four swim sessions where we will work on improving your body position, rotation, catch and pull.
Clinic fee includes: Four small group sessions with personalized attention by coaches focusing on proper swimming technique (4 Sessions), biking cadence and gearing technique (2 Sessions), running technique and transitions.
TriFitness Training is brought to you by Anne Johnson, a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach who has a passion for helping athletes achieve fitness goals. Anne has assembled an experienced team of coaches with specialties in each component of triathlon. She has developed and managed numerous traininig programs, and is recognized for her commitment to and knowledge of the sport.
