Hatha yoga instruction of standing, seated, forward yoga poses. Some vinyasa flow ? all levels appropriate. Classes includes poses (asanas), pranayama (breath) and deep relaxation (yoga nidra). Registration deadline is the Friday before each new class. Must be registered to attend! Open to All!
