Pre Post Natal Pilates: With all the benefits of regular Pilate's class this class has a unique design to accommodate both Pre and Post Natal Mothers. A focus on Core, strength, and breadth will prepare you in no time for birth or strength rebuilding after a birth of a baby. We will cover in depth content of more than 100 exercises, relaxation, co-ordination, alignment, stamina, concentration, centering, and flowing movements, many unique to Body Control Pilates.
