Cycling Class: This invigorating class will pump you up with sweet tunes and motivating drills. Spinning is an aerobic group fitness class that takes place on stationary bikes. Instructors simulate cycling outdoors by guiding participants through different drills, varying the tension and pace. This serious calorie burning workout will help tone your leg and glute muscles and increase your anaerobic threshold. During this class the participants are in full control of their workout making it great for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants. Anyone can take this class. *It is very important to bring a small towel and a water bottle.
