About This Activity

This is for ages 10 to 17 both boys and girls alike, some of the different techniques you will learn are as follows. Boxing, Muay Thia Kickboxing, Ground fighting / Grappling, Wrestling, Tae kwon do, etc. This will help build Self Confidence, Discipline, Self Control, and Respect. All in a controlled atmosphere where Fun and Fitness are at the fore front.
