This is not your average yoga class! Class participants will be taught yoga through breath work, simple meditation/visualization and postures utilizing music, songs, props, games and more. A typical class will include opening/centering activities, breath work, warm-up postures, partner or group poses, creative movement and conclude with relaxation/reflection. There will be a focus on centering, stretches, and strengthening all muscle groups. Classes are both dynamic and restorative in nature. No class 12/26; 1/2/2013. 6 weeks.
