There are many aspects to the freestyle stroke. This makes it difficult to know the proper way of building their stroke and maximize the time they spend in the pool. This intermediate-swimmer focused clinic will build upon a strong foundation in 3 aspects.The 3 areas of focus:Body balance and rotationProper catch and pullTiming of the strokeThis clinic is led by certified, experienced coaches and will increase efficiency, speed and better your race times at all distances.
The clinic will start at 5pm for 90 minutes, where we will focus on each area for 30 minutes. Athletes should be able to 100 yard repeats under the 1:45min time frame. Having gone through the beginner ZoomPeformance swim clinic is a plus, but not madatory.
