There are many aspects to the freestyle stroke. This makes it difficult to know the proper way of building their stroke and maximize the time they spend in the pool. This beginner-swimmer focused clinic will start a strong foundation in 3 aspects.The 3 areas of focus:• Body buoyancy• Body balance and rotation• Proper catch and pullThis clinic is led by certified, experienced coaches and will increase efficiency, speed and better your race times at all distances.
The clinic will start at 5pm for 90 minutes, where we will focus on each area for 30 minutes. Athletes should be able to swim 100 yards continuously
