(Ages 16+) Class includes a warm-up, shallow-water aerobic workout, deep-water resistance and strengthening workout, and a warm-down for relaxation and stretching. Flotation aids help maintain balance and buoyancy in deep water. Swimming ability not required, but comfort in deep water is essential.
