(Ages 16+) Start with medium paced exercises that support muscles and joints, improve balance and flexibility, and increase range of motion. Then tone muscles, build strength, and improve stamina by exercising against the Lazy River current. Stretching at the end of class offers rejuvenation and relaxation.
