(Ages 16+) Each class includes a warm-up, a fast-paced shallow-water aerobic workout designed to increase cardiovascular performance and build endurance, and warm-down session for stretching at the end of class. It's twice the workout on land in half the time! Class meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:15 AM to 8:15 AM or Saturday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
