(Ages 14+) Total Body Conditioning is a strength training class focusing heavily on the core. It ends with 15-20 minutes of high intensity cardio exercise incorporating both step and hi-low aerobics. Burn calories and fat using cardiovascular exercises combined with drills, kickboxing moves, step, and body toning intervals. Some intervals will focus on the upper body and abdominals using extra resistance. You will be sweating, smiling, and coming back for more!
