Boot Camp

About This Activity

(Ages 14+) No Nonsense. No Excuses. Just Results! That sums up the approach taken in class. Despite the group setting, this class challenges participants individually and provides an environment that allows each person to give their best and expect significant results. Classes consist of resistance training, calisthenics, short runs and drills designed to work every muscle in the 60 minutes. Participants in boot camps are from every walk of life and fitness level, but have one thing in common, they get results. Are you ready? Bring a water bottle and body towel.
