(Ages 14+) Did you know that falls are the number one cause of death in seniors? By training our sense of balance, we can avoid these falls. Believe it or not, you do not lose your ability to balance forever, unless you forget to practice. In this class, you wil be guided through some basic exercises that will help you not only regain what you have lost, but also help you improve your balance.
