Fitness - 40/40 Split

Member Price: Free
Do you want an ultimate workout? Come join this 40/40 split session class. You will start the first 40 minutes of class doing strength training exercises, including squats, lunges, push-ups, and free-weight related movements. The last 40 minutes of class will be focused toward "stretch yoga." Mats are supplied by the Community Center, but feel free to bring your own!
