About This Activity

Have fun while burning calories, building strength, cardio-vascular health, and bone density! In-home personal trainer, Cindy Doyen, will provide an effective total body experience in a convenient 45 minute format. Please bring 5-10 lbs. hand weights and a mat. Step cardio-optional.
