Beginning Quick Fit

About This Activity

A fun full-body, total work-out using beginning cardio kickboxing, basic martial arts, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and Core movements.  This will be a creative, steady-paced basic format for those that want to start exercising again and get back into shape!  The class will build strength, conditioning, flexibility, balance and coordination.  A limited supply of resistance bands will be provided.  Please bring free weights, a towel, water and a FUN attitude!!!
