About This Activity

Looking for something different in your fitness plan? If you love boot camp on land, try it in the WATER! This class will use weights, noodles, and water resistance to shape and tone muscles while giving you a great cardio workout! Get stronger and leaner without impacting your joints. Aqua boot camp provides a great core training and total body workout for all levels. This class will meet in the lagoon and competition pools. Water shoes are recommended.
