About This Activity

One of the biggest challenges in triathlon is the swim portion of the race. A great swim does not guarantee a win, but a poor swim can take you out of contention. We can eliminate your swimming fears and help you become an efficient swimmer so you get out of the water quicker, with more strength to continue the race. You will learn to feel comfortable and competitive in the water.
