Bike Strength and Climbing

About This Activity

This class will teach you to climb hills more effectively. Our CompuTrainers allow the instructors to realistically simulate various grades during the workout to replicate the feel of climbing an actual hill. The workouts are designed around progressive development of your climbing ability. However, we will still incorporate some bike technique drills.
