About This Activity

This class is open to all who want to try yoga or who are returning to practice. Recommended for its physical and mental benefits, this slower-paced flow class provides a foundation in fundamental poses and movement. This trans formative flow will coordinate breath and movement through the practice of sequential poses. All experience levels are welcome ? particularly those who enjoy a relaxing pace. All yoga sessions will end with savasana, a relaxing way to focus inward. Students should bring a blanket for warmth during savasana (because the body cools during relaxation) and a personal yoga mat
