BRIGHT LIGHT ELC SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM
We at Bright Light believe above all that summer is a time for children to have fun. We also believe that a quality summer camp program can and should be an educational experience. Our program is open to children that have completed kindergarten up to 12 years.
Children enrolled in our summer program participate in a wealth of activities that are safe and enjoyable. All activities are supervised and closely monitored at all times. The curriculum combines active and exerting programs with quiet and instructional programs to provide a
balanced, quality experience.
SHARKS AND MINNOWS
Although most activities are done as one large group, sometimes the group will
divide for certain age-appropriate events.
Children will spend three to four days away from the Bright Light facility each week. One weekly trip is to the pool at Marsh Creek or French Creek State Park. The other field trips vary and may include bowling, ice skating, pottery making, fitness and nature walks, and much more. Some of the all-day field trips include Dorney Park (Sharks), Dutch Wonderland (Minnows) and the Reading Fighting Phillies.
Children are welcome to enroll for all 11 weeks, or for as few as two weeks. Children may also enroll on a full- or part-time basis. Our flexible schedule is designed to accommodate family
vacations or other specialty camps.
At the time of registration, parents choose the specific days and weeks their children will attend.
