This barbell-based class takes your body to the EXTREME weight workout. Using the barbell and hand weights with upbeat music to sculpt and shape your muscles. This class also incorporates a low impact aerobic training program utilizing Kangoo Jumps exercising shoes that generate a trampoline-like feeling of weightlessness that is fun and decreases joint stress. Mondays will be Power Pump only.
