About This Activity

All classes are designed to help loosen and strengthen the body. While you may not find yourself wrapping both legs around the back of your head while balancing on one finger, you will feel & move better. You need not be "in shape" to take advantage of the benefits of yoga, as the exercises are designed to allow each person to work at his/her own capacity.
