Congratulations Pop Warner Little Scholars!
Parents of Scholars, your child is among the qualified scholars that have been chosen for the First Team Scholars of our Mid America Pop Warner Region.
We have some exciting news for you. Mid America Pop Warner Region has planned a banquet for you and all the Little Scholars to celebrate.
This banquet is for scholars who have received an invitation from Mid America Pop Warner.
Your application has been sent to Nationals for consideration on a National level (First team and second team will be sent). Details will be sent to your home directly from Nationals if your scholar qualifies.
Again, the entire Mid America Regional Management Team congratulates your scholar for their academic and community accomplishments for the year 2012, there is no luck here just hard work. Keep up the good work, someone is still watching.
Here are some details for you:
Rooms: The Renaissance Marriott Schaumburg: A special rate has been arranged, call above hotel and mention Pop Warner. Rooms are 2 double beds unless specified differently. You can go on our website and book your room- midamericapopwarner.com
Banquet: Your league will pay for your scholars’ lunch only.
You may bring as many people as you’d like the cost is $50.00 per person (Children ages 12 and under $40). Reservations ONLY, we are not able to accommodate you at the door.
Please dress accordingly; this is a special occasion, not too casual.
Pick up your tickets and table assignment at the Registration table in front of the banquet hall.
Menu: Chicken, pasta, rolls and a surprise desert We will also have a “soda fountain” for everyone. If there are any dietary restrictions please let me know. patriciakirkwood@sd54.org
