WHO WE ARE: We are a member of the highly competitive 1st Northern California "UNLIMITED WEIGHT"Golden State All-American Conference in which is affiliated with AYF (American Youth Football). NO TRY-OUTS! . . . . . . .FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE! Mission Valley Cougars Football & Cheer Program will provide a high quality youth sports program for the youth of the East Bay area of Newark, Fremont, Hayward and Union City. BIGGER, BETTER AND MAKING A DIFFERENCE!

Established March 2008 by Co-Founders, Michael & Chirika Gates with the passion to bring something different, bigger and better to their community. Giving every child the ability to participate with no weight limits/restrictions and regardless of size & ability. This is an ideal league and program for kids who have not been able to try football due to weight and want to get an opportunity to play the great game of football! OUR MISSION is to give every child the ability to participate with no weight limits/restrictions and regardless of size & ability. Providing them with tools to be a scholar-athlete. MVC is the first youth sports organization in the East Bay Area to have all-year round football and cheer program.We welcome boys (ages 6 -15 yrs old) & girls (ages 5-15 yrs old) of the East Bay Area. Unlimited Weights.
