About This Activity

What began as a small college for women in 1857 has evolved into a co-ed, comprehensive, master's-level university with a commitment to liberal arts and professional studies. Today, Queens University of Charlotte serves approximately 2,600 undergraduate and graduate students through its six accredited schools: the College of Arts and Sciences, the McColl School of Business, the Andrew Blair College of Health including the Presbyterian School of Nursing, the Wayland H. Cato Jr. School of Education, the School of Communication and the Hayworth College for Adult Studies. Queens is also home to five N.C. Professors of the Year more than any other institution in the state, 20 NCAA Division II men's and women's sports teams, and exemplary international study and internship programs that have been ranked among the best in the country.
