About This Activity

T'ai Chi Ch'uan (Yang Form) will help in your pursuit for enlightenment, mental & physical relaxation, and stress relief.  The "moving meditation" T'ai Chi provides will not only help calm your mind, but will promote balance, flexibility, join relief, mild cardio, muscle tone, strength, and overall health.  (NOTE: This course will not delve into the self-defense aspects of T'ai Chi Ch'uan.)
