About This Activity

An energizing, dynamic, yet slow moving yoga practice. We integrate breath, alignment, and core strengthening techniques. Having a basic understanding of yoga postures is helpful in exploring Sun Salutations. Beginners are encouraged to modify the practice and move at their own pace. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
