About This Activity

This popular Park District program is designed to get your heart rate up and get you moving during the winter months - now choose from Monday and Wednesday hikes or do both!.  Our staff will lead you on these guided, self-paced hikes.  Hike for Your Health is also a wonderful opportunity to get to know some of your parks better.  Path descriptions are provded to help you choose the most comfortable shoe attire.  Registration is required.


Please note there are no hikes on the following dates:

Wednesday December 26 and January 2
