Yes, You Can! Chair Yoga is a great way to improve our posture, range of motion and functional strength. Yoga will restore joint mobility and flexibility. Yoga can help in mental stress release while improving mental clarity. Most of all, Yoga increases lung capacity. We learn in Yoga that the breath is the most important aspect of Yoga. As long as you can breath in and out of your nose, you can do Yoga! During class, we will work towards uniting the breath with the body and mind. Classes are every Monday and Wednesday from 1:30pm-2:30pm. Sign up on line or at the front desk. Cost is $20 per month for members, $30 for non-members.
