Aerobics for Seniors

About This Activity

Join our senior aerobic class! meet new people and stay in shape at the same time! Start out with warm up exercises to get your heart rate up, gain flexibility, and build up your cardio, then cool down with low-impact dance and exercise moves(standing or sitting in a chair). Participate in a level and pace that is comfortable for you. Experienced and inexperienced participants welcome!
